Daniel ,
I am not saying that Apache is the culprit( but it can be also one).
Yes, I use Mysql, mod_php, WSGI ( for Django,Python) so that it can be a problem also of 
the  third party module.
But I need to find out which one?
So, can you please advice how to start?
If I upgrade Apache, will I have to upgrade all other third party modules too?
