When one asks for help, avoid an annoying mess.

Avoid pointless HTML duplicate junk. Plain text suffices.  
Avoid lines > 80 chars.
Avoid Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable - mangles in some editors.
Avoid pointless gifs, eg your white .gif
Use a standard .sig delimiter of ^-- $" before verbose corporate excretia.
