$ ls -l /var/www/html/install/rocks-dist/x86_64/images/install.img

If there is a file there, check:

1. Directory read-permissions for all directories in the above path
(ensure that the httpd user/group can execute)

2. Symlinks are allowed in /var/www/html (this will be an "Options"
directive in httpd.conf)
