Thanks for your help.
Unfortunately it didn’t worked, still the same issue.

The configure worked when I fixed the variable ac_cv_openssl to yes:
    24800 ac_cv_openssl=yes

but then an error occurred during the make:
    fatal error: 'openssl/rsa.h' file not found
