File exists: mod_lua: Failed to create shared memory segment on file /tmp/httpd_lua_shm

Hi,

Over the weekend, my sites were suddenly unreachable. After checking error log, I found the error stated below which it happened during logrtation and after reloading Apache. 

[lua:error] [pid 19491:tid 140139766736896] (17)File exists: mod_lua: Failed to create shared memory segment on file /tmp/httpd_lua_shm.19491

$ sudo httpd -v

Server version: Apache/2.4.10

Server built:   Jul 30 2014 23:57:26

Any advise on to fix this would be much appreciated.
