new release on ETPLC project

Hello,

I am pround to announce the new release on ETPLC project.

This project purpose is to find Threats on your webserver or proxy logs!
(every day update)

Two usage are avalaible:

-real time unix with like `tail -f /var/log/messages | perl etplc.pl -f etplc.rules.gz...`

-offline unix with like `cat /var/log/messages | perl etplc.pl -f etplc.rules.gz...`

Three language source code are avalaible on Perl or Python v2 or Python v3.
