What OS are you running?  If Windows, check that the CF11 service has started. If it's another OS, I wont be much help to you there.

Start fine after fresh install on new machine.  Installing coldfusion and configuring the webconnector seems to break it.  What weird is that it saks for the server binary and it has always been httpd from that i remember now it seems to be apache.  am i looking in the right place?
