The problem is that apache recieves X-Real-IP with correct client IP and php can see it ($_SERVER["HTTP_X_REAL_IP"]) but mod_rpaf does not change $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] variable. Problem occured after upgrading my system from 12.04 to 14.04 directly using "do-release-upgrade -d" command.
