I have a windows 8 machine with Apache 2.2.25 - no issues. I connect to the internet via a dialup modem however I wish to use the http server while not connected. If I am not connected to the internet the only two 127 addresses are with ports 27,,, and 49... I have tried changing the config to used those ports but the http server seems to want port 80.
