What do you mean locally? Viewing any PHP page except for my test.php file
returns a blank page. Viewing the source of any PHP page that is blank
does not show anything.

This is the contents of my test.php

<?php
// Show all information, defaults to INFO_ALL
phpinfo();
?>

Sorry, the AddHandlers/AddTypes seem to be trying to do it. Must have
typoed my search.

What happens when you access a php file locally?
