ANT Build failure: Cannot Run Program "Patch" createProcess error=2

Hey,

I need your help again. I have attached the relevant error screenshot. The ANT build is failing saying:

Cannt run program "Patch" createProcess error=2. cannot find the specified file at.....

Can anybody lead me to the solution to fix this and have the build process successful?

BTW I am using RIATest tool which is integrated in my Flex project that I am trying to build.
