Help regarding installing Apache2.2

I have the installer package with me already. After following all the steps of installation on Windows 7, I am still left with an error displaying over the Apache monitor as "No Services Installed". I have tried re-installing it by uninstalling it over and over again. But the same result pops up. Please help.
