How to use <LocationMatch> or <Location>?

Hello All,

I would like apache to proxy between two application servers based on URL location.

App server 1: Should be accessible using URL "http://localhost/", "http://localhost/admin" etc.. there are few more sub roots here.

App server 2: Should be accessible using URL "http://localhost/VRHome"

My question is: how can I use <LocationMatch> or <Location> to proxy requests for "/VRHome" to App server 2 and rest all the request to App server 1?
