server full name

Hello,

I want to build a website http://www.lankaoshenli.com/ and host this website using Apache http server on my PC with Windows 7 home premium. I need provide a full server name during the server installaton according to the document. Should this full server name be the same as the website name: www.lankaoshenli.com; or should I register the full server name seperately? what is the relation between the website name and the full server name?
