This is not pretty self explanatory?  httpd is running obviously, but your problem is your database user does not have access for this host/virtualhost,  this is better off on the RT list/forums.

However, if you use  rpm -qa | egrep 'RT,webmux'       it should tell you related package names so you can remove them if you dont need them.
