The simplest solution is mod_taint.  Configure the server to forward to
the app server, and mod_taint will divert it to your errordocument
if the incoming headers fail to match what's expected.

The classic solution is to do the same thing with mod_rewrite.
It's more complex of course: you need a rewritecond to check
the headers, then a rewriterule to invoke the error if the check fails.
