Unluckly I should manage UTF8 characters in hte URI, more exactly in the query string. All requests pass through an apache 2.2.x mod_proxy. The proxy server could not handle the request GET /path1/path2/detail.act Reason: Error reading from remote server " As a workaround using the "Turn off sending URLs as UTF-8" option in IE the request is made correctly.
