apc.php

[dhottinger@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]

I moved the apc.php file where I could access through my browser and  
accessing it causes my server to seg fault.  Is there anyway to keep  
from using apc?  Im not seeing it in my php.ini files.
