[PATCH] drm/amd/pm: Clean up errors in smu_v11_0_pptable.h

Fix the following errors reported by checkpatch:

ERROR: trailing whitespace
ERROR: open brace '{' following struct go on the same line
ERROR: code indent should use tabs where possible
