#define VCN_INFO_TABLE_MAX_NUM_INSTANCES 4
Can we just drop VCN_INFO_TABLE_MAX_NUM_INSTANCES completely and use AMDGPU_MAX_VCN_INSTANCES everywhere instead (and bump it to 4)?
