The amdgpu_dm file contains most of the code that works as an interface between DRM API and Display Core. We maintain all the plane operations inside amdgpu_dm; this commit extracts the plane code to its specific file named amdgpu_dm_plane. This commit does not introduce any functional change to the functions; it only changes some static functions to global and adds some minor adjustments related to the copy from one place to another.
