Typo in amdgpu_ras_error_inject_xgmi() does not set df_state back to ALLOW after test
this can be tested with the command
echo inject xgmi_wafl ue 0x0 0x0 0x0 > /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/ras/ras_ctrl
