Problem w/ OpenCL and amdgpu w/ ASRock Challenger 5700 XT

Hello,

I'm having difficulty getting OpenCL to see an ASRock 5700 XT GPU. I have gotten this to work with a Sapphire card, which I have been using as a point of comparison on a different system.

With amdgpu-19.50 and kernel 5.5.6 or 5.6rc3, clinfo (either via amdgpu or standard) reports zero devices available.

The kernel found the ASRock card and fills out the /sys/class/drm/cardX filesystem just like the Sapphire card. I see no errors in the logs with respect to amdgpu.

Output of 'lspci -nn | grep "VGA"':

"""
83:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Device [1002:731f] (rev c1)
c2:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: ASPEED Technology, Inc. ASPEED Graphics Family [1a03:2000] (rev 41)
"""

Partial output of clinfo:

"""
Platform Name                                   AMD Accelerated Parallel Processing
Number of devices                                 0
""""

Something that looks odd between the cards:

ASRock:
pcie_bw: 9223372166052599911 4194304 256

Sapphire:
pcie_bw: 4197568 18446637036703874488 256

If you know of any tools that would help me to diagnose the problem, or if there is a better place to ask, any pointers would be appreciated.

Thanks for your help.

Josh
