[PATCH 25/39] drm/amd/display: Specified VR patch skip to reset segment to 0

[Why]
After read the 3rd Edid blocks, we will reset segment to 0,
which causes this VR fail to read Edid successfully.

[How]
Skip to reset segment to 0 for this VR device.
