[PATCH 04/11] drm/amd/display: Add logging for HDCP2.2

[Why]
We need to log the state changes for 2.2
This patch extends the existing logging functions to handle
HDCP2.2.

[How]
We do this by adding if/else in the defines, and output the log
 based on the hdcp version
