Suspend/resume are working fine now. There is big chance idle=nomwait fixed all hangs (from https://community.amd.com/thread/224000). Couldn't reproduce a hang since using it. CPU max. frequency is limited to 2000mhz, by firmware or linux 4.17, maybe due to overheating? It goes beyond 3hz on windows.
