On Fiji/tonga/bonaire/hawwii, without PPSMC_MSG_GetCurrPkgPwr support. Send PPSMC_MSG_PmStatusLogStart/Sample to let smu write currentpkgpwr to ixSMU_PM_STATUS_94. driver can read pkgpwr from ixSMU_PM_STATUS_94.
