It this has to be done here, what's the idea behind registering a separate pre/post callback for KFD initiated resets?

Register pre/post reset callbacks to allow KFD and AMDGPU to save/restore their state.
Jon will complete the kfd pre/post callbacks.
Maybe he will integrate KFD pause/resume into the kfd pre-reset/post-reset callback system
Or call them directly. Both suit me.
