I's still experiencing performance issues on 6.12. The previously mentioned patch does not fix the issue, only adding 'amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x10' to the kernel cmdline does. FYI I'm running upstream kernel on an AMD Framework 13" (AMD Ryzen 7 7840U w/ Radeon 780M Graphics). Thanks.
