It needs to be clarified that the above code is not used to distinguish between APU and DGPU.

The real reason is that PMFW uses different versions in APU and DGPU although its share the same smu ip version 13.0.6, and adding a version check is because the new PMFW uses another mca register to store error codes.

Btw, we will switch to ACA for APU as well, although it only covers a few driver managed IP blocks. This also reminds me that we really need a flag (is_supported) in aca structure that gives us a chance to restrict the transition to discrete gpu first.
