Hi Tom, it's probably a good idea to use subject prefixes for umr patches. git config format.subjectPrefix "PATCH umr" or edit .git/config accordingly, e.g. for libdrm I have this in .git/config: [format] subjectPrefix = PATCH libdrm Then format-patch and friends will automatically use [PATCH umr] as a prefix by default. Makes it a bit easier to follow and grep mailing lists.
