Hi all, These changes expose a function to call the WAIT_FENCES ioctl for waiting on multiple fences at the same time. This is useful for Vulkan. They are mostly changes that have been in the amdgpu-pro libdrm for a long time. I've taken the liberty to clean them up a bit and add some missing bits. Please review! Thanks, Nicolai
