[PATCH v2 1/4] ASoC: wm_fll: extract common code for Wolfson FLLs

A new implementation for FLLs as contained in WM8904, WM8994 and a few
other Cirrus Logic (formerly Wolfson) codecs. Patches using this common
code follow.
