[PATCH 4/6] soundwire: intel: Add basic power management support

Implement suspend/resume capabilities (not runtime_pm for now)

Credits: this patch is based on an earlier internal contribution by
Vinod Koul, Sanyog Kale, Shreyas Nc and Hardik Shah.
