You also need to 814: |= 400 824: |= 400 CPCAP_REG_RXCOA : CPCAP_BIT_PGA_CDC_EN 81c: |= 006 CPCAP_REG_RXOA : CPCAP_BIT_A2_LDSP_L_EN / CPCAP_BIT_A2_LDSP_R_EN You can set those using sudo aplay -D plughw:CARD=Audio,DEV=1 /usr/share/sounds/alsa/Front_Left.wav ... but that will do bad stuff to the rest of the bits.
