Is the onboard sound enabled on BIOS?

Also, try to add probe_mask=1 option to snd-hda-intel module.
If this still doesn't work, try probe_mask=2, then probe_mask=4, and
probe_mask=8.  If none of them works, then it's likely a hardware
issue.
