OK, I'll ask you testing if I change the code for this purpose.

The PCM (hd-audio) callbacks have to be created.  To co-exist with
the multi-channel setup, we'd need a sort of dynamic channel assignment,
and this also requires some mutex.
It wouldn't be that hard, though.

Most of them are for compatibility with other Realtek codecs, I guess,
so that the standard pins and audio widgets are assigned to the same
numbers.
