[PATCH 7/9] ASoC: SOF: Intel: mtl: dump dsp stack

Dump dsp stack with sof_ipc4_intel_dump_telemetry_state since dsp stack
information is included by telemetry data. This also supports lnl since
the mtl code is reused.
