The second property was optional. You need to test DTS before sending
the bindings. Please run `make dtbs_check` (see
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/writing-schema.rst for instructions).

It's too specific. What if different device uses different address?

You need patternProperties "^codec@[0-9a-f]+$"

Cannot we have other codecs attached? For example check SC7280 IDP,
SM8250 MTP, RB5.
