[PATCH] ALSA: ca0106: Rename register macro names

ca0106 driver code uses too generic names for its register definitions
such as PTR, DATA, IPR, etc, which may eventually conflict with other
code.  This patch renames (some of) those register definitions with
CA0106_ prefix to avoid the conflicts.
