[PATCH 13/15] ASoC: qcom: lpass: Use managed buffer allocation

This patch simplifies the buffer pre-allocation code of qcom lpass
driver with the standard managed buffer helper.  It uses the newly
introduced fixed-size buffer allocation helper.
