[PATCH 2/2] ASoC: soc-compress: add soc_compr_cstream_to_stream()

soc-compress.c exchanges SND_COMPRESS_XXX to SNDRV_PCM_STREAM_xxx
at many place. This patch adds soc_compr_cstream_to_stream()
and reduce duplicate code.
