[PATCH RESEND] ASoC: fsl_sai: Add -EPROBE_DEFER check for regmap init

Regmap initialization may return -EPROBE_DEFER for clock
may not be ready, so check -EPROBE_DEFER error type before
start another Regmap initialization.
