First, try the latest version (at best HG version or daily snapshot)
alsa-driver by yourself.  1.0.14 is fairly old for HD-audio.

If you still have the problem, try to pass model option to
snd-hda-intel, such as, model=3stack-660.  It's ALC660-VD as proc file
shows (which is almost compatible with ALC861VD aplay indicated).
