It is within their tarball btsco as from cvs.
 cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/bluetooth-alsa log
 cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/bluetooth-alsa co btsco
Once untarred cd to kernel.
