Try this patch to alsa-driver/alsa-kernel/pci/hda/patch_realtek.c.  Load
the patched driver without any "model=" parameters.  If it works, it can
be added to the HG repository.

Summary:  Add support for Gigabyte S-Series GA-M57SLI-S4 motherboard.
