Re: Free Linux driver development offered

Hi all, I'm sure you're aware of the recent offer by Greg K-H

http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.kernel/487536 etc:

"In return, you will receive a complete and working Linux driver that is
added to the main Linux kernel source tree"

I think "Yeah - we want that!"

So... how do we go about getting our driver out of alsa-devel and into
alsa-kernel and thence into the main Linux kernel source tree?

As far as support from a hardware vendor goes, we have spent many hours
and will spend more developing our driver ourselves, and would be very
keen to work with whoever to get it into mainline kernels.

regards
