How do M-Audio display the IPGA and DATT controls in this Windows driver?  Are 
they combined?  Terratec use a rotary IPGA control above the fader.

A manual error I think due to trying to shorten sentences.  There are 18 dB of 
adjustment, in steps of 0.5dB is probably what was meant to be said!
