recording used to be supported. Debian package alsa-utils 1.0.11-2 is

i know the microphone is mono, but i still can't capture at all.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
 bz31 - 06-12-06 19:08
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Alsa from debian unstable and vanilla kernel 2.6.17-rc6 on a ibook g4
1.2Ghz 12".

A picture of my alsamixer setting :

I've just tested with
arecord -c 2 test.wav
aplay test.wav
It works for me.
