Eleven things organizations can learn from airports

I realized that I don=E2=80=99t dislike flying--I dislike airports. There a=
re so many things we can learn from what they do wrong:

No one is in charge. The airport doesn=E2=80=99t appear to have a CEO, and =
if it does, you never see her, hear about her or interact with her in any w=
ay. When the person at the top doesn=E2=80=99t care, it filters down.
